Your guide to a safe, peaceful, and memorable stay at Prem Sadan.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-In: 1:00 PM
- Check-Out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request, subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Payment & ID Policy
- Full payment is required at the time of check-in.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests.
- For foreign nationals, a valid passport and visa are mandatory.
Reservations, Cancellations & No-Shows
- Online Bookings: The booking amount is strictly non-refundable.
- Walk-in/Direct Bookings: Free cancellation is permitted up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
- In case of a no-show, a charge equivalent to the full-night stay will be applied.
- In unforeseen circumstances or major events, the management reserves the right to cancel reservations without penalty.
Utilities & Energy Conservation
- Air conditioning (AC) functions only when government electricity is available and is not supported by the power backup. An uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed.
- Heaters are not provided.
- Please conserve energy by switching off lights, fans, and AC when not in use.
Water & Personal Belongings
- Bottled water is available for purchase.
- Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings. The management is not liable for any loss or damage.
- Guests will be held liable for any damage caused to the property.
Children & Supervision
- Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Parents or guardians are accountable for their children's behavior and supervision at all times.
Parking & Transport
- Free on-site parking is available for guests. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
Property Rules & Guest Conduct
- Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and non-vegetarian food are strictly prohibited on the premises. Violation of this rule may result in immediate eviction without any refund.
Room Service & Housekeeping
- Housekeeping services are available from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Bed linen is changed every two days or upon request.
- Guests are requested to bring their own towels and personal toiletries.
- Unregistered visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 9:00 PM.
Valuables & Security
- Guests are encouraged to use the safe at the front desk for their valuable items.
- For your safety, public areas of the premises are monitored by 24/7 electronic surveillance.
- Weapons of any kind, including licensed firearms and knives, are strictly prohibited.
Environmental Responsibility
- Help us conserve our natural resources by turning off all appliances when not in use.
- Please report any leaks or maintenance issues to the front desk immediately.
Right of Admission Reserved
- Management reserves the absolute right to refuse entry or request the departure of any guest who violates property rules, engages in disruptive behavior, or poses a threat to the safety and comfort of others.
