Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our policy regarding booking cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation Policy
  • Hotel Prem Sadan believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
  • Online Bookings via our official booking engine: The booking amount is strictly non-refundable.
  • Walk-in/Direct Bookings (made at the hotel or via phone): Free cancellation is permitted up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time. After this period, cancellation charges may apply.
  • In case of a no-show without any communication, a charge equivalent to the full reserved stay will be applied and the booking will be cancelled.
  • In unforeseen circumstances or major events, the management reserves the right to cancel reservations. In such cases, a full refund will be processed if any payment has been made.
Refund Policy
  • In case of receipt of a booking confirmation that is not as per your request, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service at reception.premsadan@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation.
  • The Customer Service Team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of any refunds approved by Hotel Prem Sadan, it will take 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in the end customer's account.
